Presenting Priora
Your information Sorted. Not Stirred
Priora is an AI tool that runs entirely on your server or PC (“on-prem”) to organize, compile, and summarize discrete pieces of personal or enterprise information, such as, log files, emails, scanned documents, pictures, messages from message queues, and blobs of data from your favorite database. The tool classifies the discrete packets with folders and labels. Priora also compiles a dashboard from these disparate sources to show you the most important, actionable information in a simple tabulated synopsis. Priora comes in two flavors: personal and enterprise.

Let us take the example of a clinic or hospital that gets claims, vendor invoices, message logs, patient charts, x-rays, and prescriptions. Priora classifies these into folders to produce a dashboard so that the clinician can view each patient’s prescriptions, charts, and allergies in one patient-specific dashboard or the accounting department can view claims and past-due invoices across all patients on the accounting dashboard. Within the patient’s charts, a dentist may want all dental issues reported separately on the dental dashboard. Priora’s dashboard can show you the invoice amount for each invoice with the due date and payee in a tabular format with totals for each type of invoice.
Priora can run on existing static sources or consume information as it comes in a stream of messages and files. It produces consistent storage and classification of your information so that classification is not subject to the individual quirks and styles. The dashboard cuts time needed to view the information and develop action items.
Imagine a run-away SharePoint portal that has evolved over years into a large bucket of information that sometimes repeats across documents. Priora is your answer.
A bit about security: Priora runs on your PC. Priora can work without an ethernet or internet connection to do all the heavy lifting locally, on-prem, on-device. This ensures that any private or sensitive data never leaves the bounds of the local machine running the process even though the sources could be various.
Priora is presently in beta testing. Interested? Reach out to us!
